Once you agree to the rough estimate, Vi and a team member go to the store together. Vi video calls with you directly to walk through stock, colors, sizing, and condition in person — so you see exactly what you're ordering before anything is bought.

You receive a written quote with local VND product price, VI PICK service fee, and shipping estimate — all separated. No payment before you approve.

Product payment + local purchase
After you approve the quote, you pay 100% of the product cost. VI PICK places the order and pays at the store in Vietnam on your behalf.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum item count. Service fee is $2/item with a minimum of $50 per package (one 30kg box).
When do I pay?
In two stages: first, 100% of the product cost after approving the written quote — VI PICK uses this to purchase at the store. Second, service fee and international shipping are paid together before dispatch.
What if I decide not to order after the video call?
There is no obligation to order if the final quote after the video call doesn't work for you. The video call is scheduled only after you agree to the rough estimate, so both sides have a clear picture before committing time; we ask that you only schedule a call if you are seriously considering the order.
Can I negotiate the service fee for large orders?

What if I don't need a video call — can I get a lower rate?

Sourcing and shipping timing depends on brand response, stock availability, and your destination. VI PICK confirms the expected timeline before you pay. International shipping is 2-3 days (Singapore), 5-7 days (Australia), or 7-15 days (US/UK) from dispatch.
