Package Consolidation in Ho Chi Minh City

Combine your Vietnam orders into one international shipment.

Already buying from Shopee Vietnam, Instagram sellers, or local brand websites? VI PICK can receive approved retail parcels, record visible-item QC on video, combine suitable orders, and coordinate tracked international shipping.

This is registered retail package forwarding—not unrestricted use of a warehouse address, a freight carrier, or cargo forwarding for commercial freight. Every parcel must be approved and registered before the seller ships it.

How it works

From separate Vietnam orders to one outbound parcel.

You remain the buyer of each order. VI PICK starts after the forwarding request is approved, then manages registered receipt, the agreed QC scope, suitable consolidation, and international dispatch.

  1. 01

    Register the forwarding batch

Send your destination plus the sellers, expected contents, quantities, purchase values, and approximate arrival timing before any seller ships.

  2. 02

    Receive your batch reference

VI PICK reviews product, courier, and destination feasibility, confirms the written quote, then shares the approved Vietnam delivery details and reference.

  3. 03

    Register every incoming parcel

Add the seller, courier or tracking number when available, contents, quantity, value, and assigned reference so each arrival can be matched safely.

  4. 04

    VI PICK receives and records

We match the registered parcel, record its arrival, and open it with your authorization for the agreed visible-item QC and video.

  5. 05

    Consolidate and pack safely

Eligible orders are combined. Redundant outer packaging may be removed and suitable soft textiles may be compressed without compromising safe handling.

  6. 06

    Approve shipping and dispatch

VI PICK confirms the final packed weight, dimensions, available tracked route, and balance. The consolidated parcel ships after your approval and payment.

Register before dispatch

Every parcel needs a name and a place in the batch.

Registration lets VI PICK match an arrival to you, identify unexpected or restricted goods, and plan storage and packing. Unregistered or incorrectly labelled parcels may be refused or held while we request verification.

COD is not accepted by default. If a seller only offers COD, ask VI PICK before the parcel is sent; any payment or buying support requires separate written approval.

Receiving QC includes

Visible evidence before the batch moves forward.

Receiving QC checks the registered item count, selected variation, and visible condition after opening with the customer’s authorization. It does not verify authenticity, test functionality, identify hidden defects, or guarantee a seller’s description.

If an item appears wrong or visibly damaged, VI PICK pauses the batch and sends the available evidence. You choose whether to accept it or pursue the seller’s remedy. Seller contact, domestic returns, and exchange monitoring may be quoted separately.

Receiving QC does not include

Authentication, hidden defects, or performance guarantees.

A receiving video can show what arrived and its visible condition at opening. It cannot prove authenticity, test electronics or mechanical function, predict durability, identify concealed defects, or replace a specialist inspection.

You remain responsible for choosing the seller, reviewing the listing, resolving the underlying purchase, and deciding whether the available evidence is sufficient before international dispatch.

Packing & chargeable weight

Consolidate where safe. Quote after final packing.

VI PICK may remove redundant outer packaging and consolidate eligible items when safe. Soft textiles may be compressed when suitable; delicate, structured, leather, collectible, or deformation-sensitive items are not compressed. Consolidation may reduce chargeable weight or avoid separate shipments, but savings are not guaranteed.

Final international shipping is based on the selected carrier’s chargeable weight—the parcel’s actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Destination, delivery zone, contents, and available service also affect the dispatch quote.

Receiving, QC & consolidation

Quoted for the registered batch based on parcel count, item type, handling, and the agreed visible-check scope.

Storage when applicable

The first 14 calendar days are included. Any later storage charge and revised collection or dispatch deadline are confirmed in writing.

International shipping

Confirmed after final packing from destination, service availability, dimensions, and chargeable weight—not from an unverified seller estimate.

Responsibilities

VI PICK handles the registered batch—not the original seller contract.

VI PICK can receive registered retail purchases that a customer has already bought and paid for, check visible details with an opening video, consolidate eligible parcels, and coordinate tracked international shipping from Vietnam. The receiving address is shared only after VI PICK approves the request and registers the batch.

Destination duties, taxes, clearance fees, and local delivery charges are paid by the recipient unless the written quote or destination-specific shipping page expressly states that they are included. The recipient must provide any information requested for import clearance and respond to the courier or customs authority when required.

FAQ

Vietnam package forwarding questions.

Can I use VI PICK as a Vietnam shipping address?

Yes. After VI PICK approves your forwarding request and registers the batch, we provide the Vietnam delivery details and customer reference for the approved sellers. The address is not published for unrestricted use. Every incoming parcel must be registered before shipment so VI PICK can identify, receive, and match it safely.

Can I combine Shopee, Instagram, and brand website orders?

Yes. You can combine registered, prepaid retail orders from Shopee Vietnam, Instagram sellers, brand websites, and other reasonably verifiable shops. Each parcel must carry the batch or customer reference and match the declared seller, tracking, contents, quantity, and value. Eligibility still depends on product, courier, and destination-country restrictions.

Do I need to register every package before it ships?

Yes. Register each expected parcel before the seller ships it. Send the seller name, courier or tracking number when available, expected contents, quantity, purchase value, and final destination. Unregistered, incorrectly labelled, COD, or restricted parcels may be refused or held while VI PICK asks you to verify the shipment.

What does the receiving QC include?

VI PICK opens registered parcels with your authorization, records a QC video, and checks the expected item count, selected variation, and visible condition. This is not authentication, laboratory inspection, functionality testing, or a guarantee against hidden defects. The customer remains responsible for the seller’s description and product performance.

What happens if an item is wrong or damaged?

VI PICK pauses the forwarding batch and sends the available QC evidence when an item appears wrong or visibly damaged. You decide whether to accept it or pursue the seller’s return process. Contacting the seller, arranging a domestic return, or monitoring an exchange is outside the default fee and may be quoted separately.

How long can VI PICK hold my packages?

A registered batch includes 14 calendar days of storage starting when its first registered parcel reaches VI PICK. If other parcels are delayed, tell us before the deadline. Storage beyond 14 days, the revised deadline, and any related charge are confirmed in writing. The batch remains on hold until applicable balances are paid.

Does consolidation always reduce international shipping cost?

No. Combining parcels and removing suitable redundant packaging may reduce chargeable weight or avoid several separate international shipments, but savings are not guaranteed. Fragile, structured, leather, collectible, or deformation-sensitive items may need their original protection. The final result depends on the packed dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier rules.

How is the final international shipping charge calculated?

VI PICK confirms the outbound charge after consolidation and final packing. The selected carrier normally uses chargeable weight, comparing the parcel’s actual weight with its volumetric weight and charging whichever is higher. The written quote also reflects the destination, delivery zone, declared contents, available service, and carrier rate at dispatch.
