Getting started
Is VI PICK an online shop?
No. VI PICK is a Vietnam personal shopping service. There is no cart or checkout. You send links, photos, posts, or brand names; we check availability, local VND price, and shipping estimate before sending a written quote.
Do I need to pay before asking?
No. We check availability, local VND product price, and estimated shipping first. You only pay after you approve the written quote.
Can I send links from different brands?
Yes. Multiple brands can stay in one VI PICK conversation. Send Instagram posts, TikTok posts, screenshots, links, photos, or brand names — anything that shows what you're looking for.
Can you help with sizing?
We can help check the brand's size guide and listed measurements when available.
Final size choice is approved by the customer before ordering.
Can you help find XL sizing?
Yes. Send your preferred style, usual size, and body measurements if available.
We can help check Vietnamese brands or items that offer XL when available. Final size availability depends on each brand's size chart and stock.
Pricing & payment
Do you buy at the local VND price?
We check the current local VND price whenever it is available and show it in your written quote before payment. If the store can only confirm another retail price, we confirm it with you first.
What does a quote include?
Your quote separates Product Price, Personal Shopping Fee, and estimated International Shipping.
Product Price is based on the current local VND price whenever available. The personal shopping fee is based on product value. Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local delivery charges are not included.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, Wise, and Payoneer in USD or VND.
For most orders, a 50% deposit confirms the request after quote approval. The remaining balance and international shipping fee are paid before dispatch, after you review the QC video.
What if the item can't be sourced?
Item unavailable after deposit? Deposit refunded. If VI PICK cannot confirm and source the approved item, your purchase deposit is returned.
Can I return or refund after delivery?
After delivery, refund requests are accepted only if the wrong item was sent compared with the approved order details.
To request support, contact VI PICK within 48 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video, clear photos, and order details.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship to?
US, EU, UK, Australia, and most of Southeast Asia. Ask us for other destinations — usually possible.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing in Vietnam usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the source store and item availability.
International shipping time depends on destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.
Are customs fees included?
No. Import duties and taxes at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you have estimated shipping rates?
Yes. We can share estimated international shipping rates as a reference.
Final shipping cost depends on actual package weight, package size, destination, and courier rate at the time of shipment.
Which courier do you use?
We usually ship with DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination, package size, delivery speed, and available rate.
Tracking is provided once the package is shipped.
Do you check the item before shipping?
Yes. We check visible item details and send a QC video for your review before dispatch. Checks can include item match, size, color, visible condition, tags, and packaging where applicable.
Is shipping insured or signature required?
Insurance is available upon request.
We request signature on delivery whenever the courier service supports it. Availability may depend on destination, courier, and local delivery conditions.
What happens if a package is lost?
If a package is reported lost, VI PICK will help open an investigation with the courier.
Any compensation or claim result depends on the courier's policy and the shipping service selected.
Trust & safety
How do I know a message is really from VI PICK?
Only follow payment instructions from VI PICK official channels listed on our website.
No payment is required before you receive and approve a written quote.
If a message comes from an account that is not listed on our website, treat it as unverified.
Do you sell replicas?
No. VI PICK does not source replicas.
We source from Vietnamese brands, stores, ateliers, and sellers we can reasonably verify.
