VI PICK is an independent buying agent and personal shopping service based in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam. We act as your local intermediary for Vietnamese fashion — buying in person, checking quality on video, and shipping internationally.

Why VI PICK exists.
Most Vietnamese brands on TikTok and Instagram have no international checkout. They accept VND only, take orders through local messaging apps, and don't ship abroad. Getting the item requires a local contact.
VI PICK buys as your local contact in Vietnam. We check the current local VND price whenever it is available, rather than automatically using an international or converted retail price. If price or availability changes, we confirm it with you before payment.
VI PICK is operated by the team behind VI Dressmakers, a Ho Chi Minh City bridal atelier that works with international clients on made-to-order garments. The operating habits are the same: written quotes, clear approval points, careful checks, and cross-border coordination.
We keep the service request-led on purpose. There is no public catalogue to browse and no checkout to rush through. You send the reference, we check what is possible, and you approve the written quote before anything is ordered.

VI PICK is not an authorized retail partner, stockist, or reseller for any Vietnamese fashion brand.
When we mention a brand by name in our guides or on this site, it is to help overseas customers understand what is available locally in Ho Chi Minh City — not because we represent that brand or hold any official relationship with them. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
VI PICK's role is limited to: sourcing locally, quoting in writing, buying as your local contact, reviewing visible item quality on video, and arranging tracked international shipping.
QC Protection
How we protect your purchase.
Before anything leaves Vietnam, VI PICK records a QC video of your items — checking color, size, visible condition, tags, and packaging. You review the video and confirm before we ship.
Nothing moves until you approve. Payment only after a written quote. Dispatch only after your QC approval. If an item cannot be sourced after your deposit, the deposit is returned.
Every step is in writing, through official VI PICK channels only.

You send a post, link, screenshot, photo, or brand name. We contact the store or seller in Vietnam.

You receive product price, Personal Shopping Fee, and estimated shipping in writing before payment.

We review visible item details, size, color, quantity, condition, tags, and packaging where applicable.

Ship with tracking
We pack approved items, arrange tracked international shipping where available, and send the tracking number.
