There are two clear approval points: VI PICK does not buy before you approve the quote, and the parcel does not leave Vietnam before you review the QC video and complete the balance payment.

VI PICK's buying agent fee starts at USD 6 and scales by product value. It covers availability checks, local purchase coordination, visible-item QC, QC video review, issue handling, and dispatch coordination. Product cost and international shipping are quoted separately before you pay.
Your written quote keeps the current local VND product price, service fee, and shipping estimate on separate lines. If availability or price changes before purchase, VI PICK confirms the change with you first.

They handle local payment, sourcing, and international shipping — tasks that can be difficult or impossible to do remotely when a seller only accepts local payment or does not ship internationally.
How is a Vietnam buying agent different from a personal shopper?
In practice, the terms are often used interchangeably. “Buying agent” usually suggests a more transactional, logistics-focused role: sourcing a specific item you have already identified. “Personal shopper” can suggest a more advisory role. No. VI PICK checks availability and sends a written quote first. You only pay after you have reviewed and approved the quote. The quote shows the local VND product price, VI PICK service fee, and estimated international shipping cost separately.
What products can VI PICK buy in Vietnam?
Fashion is one of VI PICK’s main categories, and we can also check other products sold by Vietnam-based stores, brands, Instagram sellers, and TikTok shops that can be reasonably verified. Non-fashion requests are reviewed case by case. Purchase and shipping depend on seller verification, courier restrictions, and the destination country’s import rules. Send the product link, post, or photo and VI PICK will confirm what is possible before quoting.

VI PICK supports worldwide inquiries and arranges tracked international shipping where courier routes are available. Common destinations include Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, and other countries. The available route and estimated international shipping cost are included in your written quote.
