Shopee return and refund eligibility follows the platform’s current order status and policy after delivery in Vietnam. International forwarding does not create a new Shopee return window, so visible issues should be raised during the Vietnam-side review.

Can VI PICK guarantee that a Shopee item is authentic?
VI PICK can review visible shop information, listing consistency, brand-channel references, seller responses, and the received item’s visible details where available. We do not make an authenticity guarantee beyond what can be reasonably verified. For branded products, an official storefront linked by the brand is the preferred starting point.
