VI PICK is a Vietnam personal shopping service based in Ho Chi Minh City.

You send links, photos, social posts, screenshots, or brand names. Multiple brands are fine. We check availability, local VND store price, item details, and shipping estimate before sending a written quote.

We do not run a shop. There is no cart, no checkout, and no fixed catalogue. Every request is handled as a one-to-one conversation from quote to shipping.

You will always receive a written quote before paying anything.

Your quote separates Product Price, Personal Shopping Fee, and International Shipping. We check the current local VND price whenever it is available, rather than automatically using an international or converted retail price.

The Personal Shopping Fee is a flat fee: USD 6 for items up to USD 100, USD 10 for USD 100–250, and USD 15 for items above USD 250.

• For most orders, a 50% deposit confirms the request after quote approval. The remaining balance and international shipping fee are paid before dispatch, after you review the QC video.
• High-value, sale, or complex orders may require a higher deposit or full payment upfront. Payment terms are confirmed in your written quote.
• Orders are processed within 2–7 days after the deposit, then shipped by tracked courier.
• We accept bank transfer, Wise, or Payoneer in USD or VND.
• Quotes may be shown in USD or VND. You pay the confirmed amount through the method agreed in your quote.
• Customs duties, import VAT, and destination-country taxes are not included in the quote.

If a confirmed quote changes because a brand adjusts price or availability, we will notify you before charging the balance.

We source from Vietnamese brands, stores, ateliers, and sellers we can reasonably verify.

Product details, sizing, and availability are confirmed based on information from the source store.

Before dispatch, we check visible item details and send a QC video for your review. Checks can include item match, size, color, visible condition, tags, and packaging where applicable.

Ready-made pieces are sized by each brand, not made to measure. Please review size guides, listed measurements, and fit notes before approving a quote.

We arrange international shipping with tracked courier options where available. Estimated delivery depends on destination, courier, customs, and local handling.

Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local delivery charges, if applicable, are paid by the recipient and are not included in the VI PICK quote.

• Shipping is quoted by destination, parcel weight, package size, and carrier rate.
• Approved pieces from different brands are combined into one tracked parcel when possible.
• A tracking number is provided once the parcel is dispatched.
• Delivery windows are carrier estimates and can be affected by customs clearance in your country.
• You are the importer of record for international shipments.
• Parcels refused at customs or returned to sender due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded for the outbound shipping cost.
• We do not mark packages as gifts.

• If VI PICK cannot source the approved item after deposit, your purchase deposit is refunded.
• After payment is made and the order is placed with the source store, cancellation is not accepted unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
• After delivery, refund requests are accepted only if the wrong item was sent compared with the approved order details.
• To request support, contact VI PICK within 48 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video, clear photos, and order details.

To handle a request we typically collect your name, delivery address, contact handle, sizing details, and the reference photos or links you share.

• We use this information only to prepare quotes, arrange sourcing, support payment records, and ship your order.
• We share the minimum necessary details with brands, sellers, payment partners, and shipping carriers to fulfil your order.
• We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time; some records may be retained where required for tax or accounting.
• We never post your photos, name, or testimonial without your explicit permission.

Messaging platforms, email providers, analytics tools, and payment services apply their own privacy terms to activity that happens on their services.

Our primary request channel is the Instagram account listed on the Contact page. TikTok and email remain secondary official channels.

If a message about VI PICK reaches you from any other account, treat it as unverified and check the Contact page before responding.

We will never ask for payment before you have a written quote, and we will never request card PINs, banking passwords, or one-time codes.
