We check and quote
We check the brand, stock, and size in Vietnam, then send a written quote: item price, 15% service fee, and estimated international shipping.
Approve and deposit
You approve the quote. A 50% deposit confirms the request. Payment instructions come only from official VI PICK channels.
Source, check, ship
We source the piece in Ho Chi Minh City, inspect it in person, then arrange international shipping after balance payment.
Timing
What to expect, roughly.
- Quote reply Within 24 hours on business days.
- Sourcing in Vietnam 2–7 days depending on brand and stock.
- International shipping 5–14 days depending on destination and carrier.
Customs and import fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping quote.
