A small boutique can send VI PICK a reference, or ask Vi to suggest, then buy existing Vietnamese clothing in bulk. This is the wholesale path. Vi books a store appointment and video-calls you on WhatsApp so you can check the clothes. She sends a written quote after that call. You pay the store bill, VI PICK buys those pieces, and after QC you pay the service fee plus shipping.
The wholesale service fee is $2 per item, with a $50 minimum per package, and one package is up to 30kg. VI PICK does not set an item minimum. A store may still require its own quantity before it will sell. Custom production and private label sit outside this service.
One piece is retail, not this path. It stays on Vietnam Personal Shopper. That fee starts at USD 6 on Pricing, and most of those orders use a 50% deposit after the quote. A boutique quantity uses the $2 wholesale fee and pays 100% of the store bill before VI PICK buys. The same wholesale offer is on the Vietnamese fashion wholesale page.
How a bulk order moves
- Send a reference, or ask for a suggestion. A reference is a brand, a product link, a screenshot, or an item code, plus color, size, quantity, and the delivery country. If you do not have one yet, describe the boutique and the clothing you want stocked. Vi suggests stores she can visit. You approve that direction before anyone goes.
- Agree to a rough estimate, then the appointment. The estimate covers product cost, the service fee, and a shipping estimate. It is not the purchase approval. The store visit is booked only after you agree to proceed. If the reference is already specific enough, VI PICK says whether a visit is required before going.
- Check the clothes on a WhatsApp video call. Vi and a team member are at the store. The call shows the colors, sizes, quantity, and visible condition that are actually there. You choose the pieces. VI PICK does not buy during the call.
- Approve the written quote, then pay the store bill. The quote names the confirmed local VND price, the service fee, and the shipping estimate. No product payment is requested before you approve it. The product cost is the store’s bill for the pieces on that quote. You pay 100% of that bill. VI PICK then buys those pieces at the store.
- QC, then the final payment. VI PICK checks color, size, quantity, and visible condition, and packs the goods. One package is up to 30kg. You then pay the service fee and the final shipping cost. That shipping figure uses the packed weight and the delivery country, so it can differ from the earlier estimate.
- Ship. Tracked dispatch starts after that final payment. Duties and taxes at the destination are separate. VI PICK does not publish a duty rate. The route is confirmed before the parcel leaves.
A factory cutting a new pattern is a different request. Say that in the first message. VI PICK will say it is outside this service before any payment.
Who this request fits
- An independent boutique stocking existing Vietnamese fashion for its own shop.
- A multi-brand retailer combining a few labels when the pieces are ready in the same window.
- A social retailer who found the clothes on Instagram, TikTok, or a Vietnam site and wants more than one piece.
If the clothes are already named, send that reference. If they are not, the suggestion in step 1 is the start. VI PICK still buys products that already exist at a store.
Where to start if you already have a source
If the reference is already one of these brands, use that note before you send it:
- Source RUBIES clothing in quantity.
- Source ByVee clothing in quantity.
- Source Goût De Jun clothing in quantity.
If the clothes are on Shopee, send the shopee.vn listing URLs, the variations, and the quantities. VI PICK buys those existing listings in quantity and confirms the live VND unit price before you pay. Read how VI PICK buys Shopee Vietnam fashion wholesale. One listing stays on Buy from Shopee Vietnam.
Other brands are checked the same way, one request at a time. Start from Request a Find or the WhatsApp button on the wholesale page. The longer account of the fee split is on sourcing Vietnamese fashion wholesale.
Guide FAQ
Bulk clothing FAQ
Can I send a reference, or ask Vi to suggest?
Both. Send brand names, product links, screenshots, sizes, quantities, and the delivery country. If you do not have a reference yet, describe the boutique and the clothing you want. Vi suggests stores she can visit. You approve that direction before a store appointment is booked.
What happens on the store video call?
After you agree to the rough estimate, Vi books the store and video-calls you on WhatsApp with the clothes in front of her. You check color, size, quantity, and visible condition, and you choose the pieces. VI PICK then sends the written quote. The purchase waits until you approve that quote and pay the store bill.
When do I pay the store bill, the service fee, and shipping?
Wholesale payment has two stages. After you approve the written quote, you pay 100% of the store bill and VI PICK buys those pieces. After QC, you pay the service fee and the final shipping cost, then the parcel ships. A one-piece personal-shopping order uses the fee and deposit on the pricing page instead.
Does VI PICK set a minimum order?
VI PICK does not set an item minimum. The published service fee is $2 per item, with a $50 minimum per package, and one package is up to 30kg. The brand or store may still require its own quantity or order value before it will sell.
Can several brands share one package?
Yes, when the pieces are ready in a compatible window and fit one package of up to 30kg. Shipping is quoted after packing, from the packed weight and the destination. A second package carries its own $50 service-fee minimum.
Does VI PICK manufacture or private-label clothing?
No. VI PICK is an independent sourcing service in Ho Chi Minh City. It buys existing products at the store, checks them, packs them, and arranges tracked export when a route is available. It does not cut patterns or represent the brands in a request.
