Overseas boutiques can ask VI PICK to source existing Vietnamese fashion in quantity. The work is a Vietnam-side stock and price check, a buyer-approved purchase, visible QC, and tracked international shipping when a route is available.
This is not a factory program. VI PICK does not cut patterns, produce a private label, or promise a brand’s wholesale account. The offer is published on the Vietnamese fashion wholesale page. A small shop that is still deciding whether a quantity order is the right request starts with how to buy Vietnamese clothing in bulk.
What a wholesale request covers
Send lines you already want, not a request to “find a factory.” A usable request includes:
- Brand name.
- Product link, screenshot, or item code.
- Color, size, and quantity for each line.
- Delivery country.
- Any date the goods need to reach the boutique.
VI PICK then checks whether that quantity can be confirmed from a Vietnam-side source, what the current local VND price is, and whether the seller has its own quantity or order-value rule. If the source cannot confirm the lines, VI PICK says so before asking for product payment.
How the money is split
The wholesale page states three separate amounts:
- Product cost. 100% of the confirmed local VND price, paid after you approve the written quote. VI PICK then buys the approved goods in Vietnam.
- Service fee. $2 per item, with a $50 minimum per package. It covers the availability and VND price check, the store visit and video call when one is used, local purchasing, QC, and consolidated packing. A high-volume or repeating order can be reviewed; the public rate stays $2 per item until VI PICK confirms another rate in writing.
- International shipping. Quoted from the destination and the final parcel weight, and paid with the service fee before dispatch. One package is up to 30kg. A second package carries its own $50 service-fee minimum.
A rough estimate can be sent before anyone visits a store. The estimate is not the purchase approval.
The store check
After you accept the rough estimate, Vi and a team member can visit the relevant store and video-call you. You review the colors, sizes, and visible condition that are actually there. The written quote comes after that check. No product payment is requested before you approve it.
If a listing is already specific enough, VI PICK will say whether a store visit is required and what fee applies before proceeding.
What VI PICK will not treat as a wholesale price
A brand website, Instagram grid, or retailer screenshot is a retail or campaign reference until the seller confirms the quantity. Common gaps:
- The site ships inside Vietnam only, or it never states an international wholesale account.
- A similarly named shop publishes a quantity policy. The name match is not the same company.
- The seller may limit exchanges on some listings. Confirm that for the exact lines before payment.
VI PICK puts the confirmed unit price, the service fee, and the shipping estimate on separate lines so the boutique can compare the landed cost with buying another way.
First brand note: RUBIES
RUBIES is the first quantity note in this series. The women’s brand publishes retail listings. The pages reviewed on October 16, 2026 did not publish a wholesale tariff or a minimum quantity. Read how to source RUBIES clothing in quantity before sending a line sheet. One-piece orders stay on the RUBIES buying guide.
ByVee is the second quantity note. The public pages reviewed on October 16, 2026 did not publish a wholesale tariff or a minimum quantity. Read how to source ByVee clothing in quantity before sending a line sheet. One-piece orders stay on the ByVee buying guide.
Goût De Jun is the third quantity note. The shipping policy reviewed on October 16, 2026 invites wholesale contact by fanpage, Instagram, or hotline, and does not publish a unit price or a minimum quantity. Read how to source Goût De Jun clothing in quantity before sending a line sheet. One-piece orders stay on the Goût De Jun buying guide.
Shopee Vietnam is a marketplace, not a brand. VI PICK can buy existing listings in quantity when the live unit price can be confirmed. Read how VI PICK buys Shopee Vietnam fashion wholesale before sending a list of listings. One listing stays on Buy from Shopee Vietnam.
Other brands are checked the same way, one request at a time. Send the line sheet rather than assuming every brand in the fashion pillar sells in quantity.
After the goods are in hand
VI PICK checks color, size, quantity, and visible condition, then sends QC photos or video. You pay the service fee and the final shipping cost before tracked dispatch. Pieces from more than one Vietnamese brand can share a parcel when timing and size allow.
Duties and taxes at the destination are not included in the product price. The available route is confirmed before dispatch. Read How it works for the individual-order version of the same approval rule, and Pricing for the personal-shopping fee tiers. Boutique requests use the wholesale fee on the wholesale page, not the personal-shopping tiers, unless a written quote says otherwise.
What to send next
Start from Request a Find or the WhatsApp button on the wholesale page. Include the line sheet, the delivery country, and any deadline. VI PICK confirms what can be checked and sends the rough estimate before a store visit or product payment.
Guide FAQ
Wholesale sourcing FAQ
Can VI PICK source wholesale fashion for an overseas boutique?
Yes, when the request is for existing products from Vietnamese brands or local stores. VI PICK checks quantity, the current local VND price, and any seller requirement, then sends a written quote before product payment. Custom manufacturing, private label, and factory production are outside this service.
Does VI PICK set a minimum order?
VI PICK does not set a minimum item count. The published service fee is $2 per item with a $50 minimum per package, and one package is up to 30kg. The brand or store may still require its own quantity or order value before it will sell.
Is a Vietnamese brand’s retail site the same as a wholesale price?
No. A public product page is a retail listing unless that brand publishes a separate quantity price. VI PICK rechecks the exact lines and asks what quantity the seller will release. The written quote uses the price the seller confirms for that request.
How does a boutique start a VI PICK wholesale request?
Send the brand names, product links or screenshots, colors, sizes, quantities, and delivery country on WhatsApp. VI PICK sends a rough estimate before a store visit. Product payment is requested only after you approve the written quote.
Can one shipment mix several Vietnamese brands?
Yes, when the pieces are ready in a compatible window and fit the parcel limits. Shipping is quoted from the packed weight and destination, not from the clothing price alone.
Does VI PICK represent the brands it sources?
No. VI PICK is an independent sourcing service in Ho Chi Minh City. It is not a factory, a marketplace, or a representative of the brands in a request.
