XXIV Perfume Bar Proxy Buying: Order Niche Perfume From Vietnam

Overseas shoppers can ask VI PICK to buy from XXIV Perfume Bar, the Hanoi and Saigon fragrance store at xxivstore.com. Send the exact product link and bottle variation. VI PICK checks the listing, quotes the local purchase, and records visible QC. International dispatch is considered only when a compliant perfume route can be confirmed for that bottle and destination.

That last condition matters more for perfume than for clothing. A Vietnam-side purchase can be possible when an international shipment is not.

VI PICK is an independent proxy buyer and personal shopper in Vietnam. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller of XXIV Perfume Bar or any fragrance house it stocks.

What XXIV Perfume Bar sells

XXIV Perfume Bar, operated by XXIV VN Co., Ltd, sells designer and niche fragrances for men, women, and unisex wear. Its about page says the store grew out of the founder’s fragrance YouTube channel, started in 2019.

The catalog checked on October 17, 2026 lists around 400 products. Houses with many listings include Ex Nihilo, Roja, By Kilian, Penhaligon’s, Hermès, Xerjoff, Clive Christian, Imaginary Authors, Diptyque, Dior, Creed, and Kira Parfum. Each product page publishes top, heart, and base notes, a scent family, suggested seasons, and gender.

Use those notes as seller-published information, not a VI PICK scent assessment. Skin chemistry, climate, storage, and personal preference change how a fragrance smells.

XXIV Perfume Bar prices in Vietnam

The figures below were shown on xxivstore.com on October 17, 2026. Several came from the homepage’s 20/10 sale section, so they are temporary.

XXIV listing	Volume	Figure shown
Kira Parfum Rice Milk	50 ml	VND 1,090,000 (from 1,190,000)
Kira Parfum Peach Milk Tea	50 ml	VND 1,490,000
Lusted Musk-Have	50 ml	VND 1,550,000 (from 1,850,000)
Montblanc Signature EDP	90 ml	VND 2,100,000 (from 2,300,000)
Loewe 001 Man EDP	100 ml	VND 3,550,000
Byredo Bal d’Afrique	50 ml / 100 ml	VND 4,700,000 / 6,500,000
Roja Diaghilev	100 ml	VND 31,900,000

These are dated examples, not a complete catalog or permanent range. XXIV’s price policy says listed prices include Vietnamese VAT and domestic delivery, and that the price applying to an order is the one confirmed when the order is placed.

VI PICK verifies the exact local VND price and selected variation before payment. The written quote separates the product price, the VI PICK service fee, and any confirmed shipping estimate. See VI PICK pricing for the current personal-shopping fee structure.

Can you order directly from XXIV overseas?

Not for international delivery. The XXIV homepage states that it does not currently offer international shipping. The shipping policy offers two options: pickup at a store, or free delivery to an address in Vietnam, usually within one to five days after the order is confirmed. Preorder bottles can take longer.

The buying and payment guide lists:

• Cash, for purchases made in a store.
• Bank transfer, paid in full before the order is released.
• Card installment through Visa, Mastercard, or JCB, chosen by the card’s issuing bank.

The card option is an installment plan, not a general overseas card checkout. If you have a Vietnam address and an accepted payment method, a direct order may be simpler. If you need a Vietnam-side purchase and receipt, use VI PICK.

Choose the right VI PICK service

1. Proxy shopping or personal shopping: VI PICK checks the XXIV listing, variation, and current VND price, then places the approved order after written quote approval. See Vietnam proxy shopping and the Vietnam personal shopper service.
2. Local payment assistance: use this when you have arranged the exact bottle with XXIV but cannot complete the bank transfer. VI PICK must approve the seller, amount, and receiving plan first. Read about Vietnam local payment assistance.
3. Package forwarding: use this only after VI PICK confirms that the perfume can be accepted and that an onward route exists. Register the parcel before the seller ships. See Vietnam package forwarding.

Do not send an unregistered perfume parcel to VI PICK. The receiving address is provided only after the item, seller, and route have been approved.

Why perfume shipping needs a separate route check

Perfume is a liquid that usually contains alcohol, and couriers often restrict it. Whether a bottle can travel depends on:

• The exact product, volume, and packaging.
• Whether the courier and service level accept it from Vietnam.
• Required declarations or supporting documents.
• Destination import rules, duties, taxes, and clearance.

VI PICK only offers international dispatch when a compliant route can be confirmed. It does not hide contents, under-declare, or use an unsupported method. If no route exists, VI PICK declines the international shipment or, when agreed before purchase, limits support to delivery at an eligible Vietnam address.

Do not assume a route used for clothing, shoes, or bicycle parts can also accept perfume. A route confirmed for one bottle is not automatically confirmed for a larger volume, a different destination, or several bottles packed together.

Bottle variations to name exactly

XXIV lists volume as a selectable option. Most listings use 50 ml or 100 ml, with others at 30, 75, 90, or 125 ml, and a few smaller sizes. Some options also describe the version:

• Tester: a tester listing is not the same as a boxed retail bottle.
• No Box: the bottle is sold without its outer carton.
• Old format: an earlier bottle or packaging design.
• With presentation box: a gift-box version of the same volume.
• Sets: a few listings sell paired bottles or travel sets.

Name the exact option from the product page. If the page shows only one volume, VI PICK does not assume another size can be ordered. The store’s terms also say it may limit the quantity per customer for limited-distribution or promotional products, so a multi-bottle request is confirmed before quoting.

XXIV stores in Hanoi and Saigon

The XXIV homepage reviewed on October 17, 2026 lists three stores, each open 9:00–21:00:

• CS1: 55 Nguyên Hồng, Láng, Hanoi.
• CS2: 40A Trần Hưng Đạo, Cửa Nam, Hanoi.
• CS3: 130 Nguyễn Công Trứ, Ho Chi Minh City.

The shipping policy lists the same three addresses as pickup points. A store address does not confirm that a web listing is on the shelf there. Check the official site before relying on a store visit.

XXIV exchanges and returns

The exchange and refund section reviewed on October 17, 2026 allows an exchange or return within three days of receipt when the product is the wrong type, is missing pieces, or was damaged in transit. The item must keep its seal, stamp, packaging, and invoice. An exchange is for a product of equal or higher value. XXIV will not accept a change of product without prior agreement, or a claim raised more than 24 hours after the recipient inspected and signed for the delivery.

Those are XXIV’s terms, and XXIV decides whether a case qualifies. A three-day window is too short to use once a bottle has left Vietnam. VI PICK checks the delivery soon after receipt so a wrong item or transit damage can be raised while the bottle is still in Vietnam.

What VI PICK checks before any onward dispatch

After an approved order arrives, VI PICK can compare it with the written order reference:

• Brand and product name on the box and bottle.
• The volume marking and the selected variation, such as tester, no box, or presentation box.
• Quantity, included pieces, and invoice.
• Cellophane, seal, or stamp where visible.
• Crushing, cracks, leakage, or other visible damage.

VI PICK sends QC photos or video before the next step. We do not open, spray, or unseal a bottle unless that was explicitly approved and allowed by the seller terms, because doing so can end exchange eligibility.

Visible QC cannot confirm scent, projection, longevity, skin reaction, batch, storage history, chemical composition, or authenticity. XXIV states that its products are bought from stores abroad or through direct brand relationships and are 100% authentic. That is the seller’s claim, not a VI PICK guarantee.

Read VI PICK Trust and Policies for the complete QC, shipping, customs, and claim boundaries.

How to order from XXIV through VI PICK

1. Send the exact xxivstore.com link, volume or variation, quantity, and full destination.
2. VI PICK checks the listing, current VND price, stock signal, sale or preorder status, and whether a compliant route can be considered for the destination.
3. If the request is feasible, you receive a written quote separating the product price, VI PICK service fee, and any confirmed shipping estimate.
4. After you approve the quote and pay the confirmed deposit, VI PICK places or coordinates the eligible order.
5. When the bottle arrives, VI PICK performs the agreed visible QC and sends photos or video.
6. Onward shipping is confirmed only after the packed parcel is checked against the available route.
7. If no compliant route is available, VI PICK does not dispatch the perfume internationally.

Review How VI PICK works before submitting your request. For one specific bottle, see the Peach Milk Tea guide.

What to send for an XXIV quote

• Official xxivstore.com product URL.
• Exact volume and variation, including tester, no box, old format, or presentation box.
• Quantity, and whether sealed retail packaging is required.
• Destination country, city, and postal code.
• Any deadline, noting that purchase and route availability must be confirmed first.
• Whether a Vietnam address is an acceptable fallback if international perfume shipping is unavailable.

VI PICK checks the current listing rather than assuming a sale price, screenshot, or older social post still applies. The 20/10 sale figures in this guide, for example, may not last.
